On-site edible gardens are great for restaurants, hospitals, businesses large and small, homeowners associations, and other organizations. Gardens offer curb appeal and increased visibility, as well as health & wellness benefits, improved morale, ample team-building opportunities; they are also a vital component of building long-term community resiliency. Here’s how we can help you integrate a garden into your organization’s sustainability plan:
One-Hour Initial Consultation
As with any of our projects, this is the place to start. Whether you’re just starting to explore the idea of a garden, would like to discuss the specific opportunities at your site, or need assistance on a project that’s already underway, know you can call on us. Please note: Anyone can schedule a consultation, but we highly recommend that a decision-maker be involved ahead of time.
Policy & Procedure Review
Whether it’s a community garden agreement or an HOA’s CC&Rs, we are available to review policies and procedures and offer recommendations for how your effort might be streamlined or expanded.
Site Assessment & Garden Planning
We will help you analyze your resources and create a plan that fits your organization’s unique needs: what to grow, where, and when, & how to maintain your program. This process is collaborative and efficient, and designed to be very inclusive.
Building Garden Structures
We build raised beds & container gardens; cold frames, cloches, & other season extenders; terraces & retaining walls; sheds, greenhouses, arbors, fences, & trellises; custom chicken coops, tractors, & runs; and more. We use non-toxic and responsibly sourced materials, and can incorporate reclaimed/repurposed elements.
Classes & Workshops
From brown bag lunches to on-site workshops, we bring the garden education to you. We have flexible pricing schemes for organizations of all sizes.
Regular Garden Maintenance
Our goal is to help create a garden that your business can care for. But we all need a little extra help sometimes! Maintenance is available as part of an ongoing consultation agreement.
Discounts for Members/Employees
We offer discounts on our products, services, & classes for members of organizations that build gardens with us…and for their families, too!
